Eryn, excellent article! I couldn't agree more regarding the failure of modern food and it's negative effects on our health. The truth is, since the 80's, the American population has been listening to and acting upon officially published healthy lifestyle and nutrition guidelines. Despite this, the rate of chronic disease has only gone up and at an alarming rate. If we want to solve the healthcare crisis, all we have to do is through the official health guidelines out the window! The exception being the anti smoking guidelines. Circling back to testosterone, remember this. Testosterone is not the source of toxic masculinity as many would claim. Rather, testosterone for men is what makes effort feel good! Who doesn't want a man getting things done and with a smile on his face to boot!

Thanks for reading, JF. I agree. There's nothing toxic about masculinity. The Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine are magnetically inter-dependent in nature...why can't they be in humanity, too?

Nice work Eryn. The word insidious comes to mind. So many insidious greeblies operating, sometimes randomly, they are now a deafening/ear numbing orchestra!

Our only defense is to break it down and evaluate each instrument as you’ve done here. Thank you.

LOVE, love this topic, and thanks for your bravery (as usual) in broaching a very controversial subject. We need to be able to discuss it!

I came across this and thought I'd share: https://www.endalldisease.com/20-ways-is-feminizing/.

Lavender and tea tree oil also is estrogen like and can hinder male hormones and lavender is in many baby night time lotions. Both have been trying to make it big over the past few years too.

Phenomenally written Eryn!! I love your work! And I have to try the meat bc my hormones the last I checked were all low. And I have all those same symptoms; fatigue, muscle mass and weakness. Ugh😭

This is just a reminder yet I don’t have a good source to find good quality meat. Please share any recommendations? 🙏🏼

If you dive into all the You Tube videos from doctors who are Carnivore proponents, you'll discover that none of them are advising that we strictly eat the fancy grass-fed beef. No one can afford it when you eat this much and they want you on the fattiest cuts of meat to sustain energy and mental health. It seems that normal grocery store steaks are not as bad for you in the long run as eating grains and sugar. If I was a wealthy woman I'd buy another freezer and a 1/2 of a cow from a local rancher whom I trust, but until then I'm doing fine with my little apartment freezer and the angus that goes on sale at Grocery Mart.
